Joy as Williams Uchemba cleans the viral plantain boy up and puts him on a flight to Akwa Ibom

US-based comic actor, Williams Uchemba, topped headlines when he took a young boy off the streets

- Uchemba shared photos of the little boy, Joseph, on his social media page and promised to get him off the streets

- On July 5, Uchemba made arrangements for the boy to be flown to Akwa Ibom to reunite with his family

- The actor shared the photos as Joseph made his way back home to his parents

There's definitely joy in heaven as Williams Uchemba gives hope to a young boy identified as Joseph. Earlier,NAIJ.com shared the details of how young Joseph was pictured selling plantain in the dead of the night but got lucky when his photo grabbed the attention of US-based comic actor, Uchemba.

Williams who asked that the boy be located found him and made plans for him to return to his parents. Just recently, the actor shared photos of how Joseph was making his way to Akwa Ibom after being cleaned up and fed.

The young boy looked happy as he flew on airplane for the first time but the thought of reuniting with his parents made him even more joyous and it is evident in the photos and videos shared by his helper.

Williams has pledged to help as many kids as he can get off the streets. The actor promised to speak to Joseph's parents, find out their needs and provide scholarship for the young boy up till his university level.

Frankly, the future looks bright for the young boy who was left hungry and living like a destitute on the streets of Lagos.
