Popular Nigerian Musician Kizz Daniel in a revenge excitement revealed he is elated over Argentina’s loss to France this evening.
Kizz Daniel took to his Social media account to express his happiness as regards Argentina’s lost.

The Theatre Arts graduate of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, also spoke about her journey in the movie industry, challenges and how a chance meeting with an actor and producer changed her career. Read below…
“I grew up in Bayelsa state and I wasn’t born with disability.
At age 13, I got knocked down by a motorcyclist while trying to cross the road. The accident led to the amputation of my right leg, and that moment changed the way I started seeing life. I didn’t take life seriously because I thought I was useless to my family and to the world, but my parents didn’t see me that way especially my mum. I never took my education seriously because I had no sense of belonging to the environment.
My mum was very supportive, she taught me how to fight for what I want and not to give up and that has helped me a lot in my career so the word ‘impossibility’ is not in my dictionary’.I started accepting and appreciating God for my life when I found out about Nicholas James Vujicic, the motivational speaker without legs and arms. His videos were the inspiration that got me back on my foot, that was when I started fighting for what I wanted but the challenges were serious. I got an admission to study theatre arts at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, So many people discouraged me from studying the course, most of my course mates were like ‘what is she doing in this department’, wasn’t she aware of what this course is all about, can she dance or act with this her one leg?’ I usually felt bad but constantly encouraged myself because I knew want I wanted and I was ready to fight for it. I learnt how to dance on my own, in my room. Today I can act and dance with or without my support aid.
But the challenges continues.
I got into the movie industry 3 years ago through PRINCE OWELLE UGORJI who is an actor and also a movie producer. I met him on facebook and told him my passion for acting and dancing. He was touched by my story and promised to help me achieve my dreams. Few years later, he chatted me up and sent me a script. I was so happy that day, I went through the script and he gave me the lead role in the movie called Susanna. The movie Susanna brought us closer, he took me like a sister and promised to make my dreams come true. He didn’t ask for money or $ex from me unlike one producer who only wants.
I’m not married yet. People always ask why I chose “Dorisstillsmiling” as my Instagram handle, I just can’t stop smiling and being happy, I love myself so much. Loosing one of my legs is destiny, the plan God has for me is bigger than my imagination, God has been using me to encourage so many people not to give up, no matter the condition, I might not be where I wish to be but I’m heading somewhere. The world is going to celebrate me someday, that I am sure of, as a society I don’t think we are doing enough to help people like myself. I hate that word ‘disabled’, we are not disabled we are just ‘differently abled.’ We have abilities and the society should see us this way not picturing us beggars.
For people thinking they are disabled, sweeties; here is the word for you “differently Abled”. We are special people, we do things differently that only makes us special, you can achieve your dreams if only you believe in yourself and don’t give up, don’t be discouraged, don’t stop fighting, fight for what you want, love yourself first before others can love you, don’t look down on yourself. I know it’s not easy but don’t forget life itself is not easy, good things comes to people that don’t give up, from today tell your friends and family that ‘Dorisstillsmiling’ said you are not disabled but differently abled. God loves you!”
Former Kano state governor Rabiu Kwankwaso
Former governor of Kano state and a bigwig of the ruling APC, Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, has said that as a candidate of the opposition PDP, he would defeat President Muhammadu Buhari in the 2019 elections.
Kwankwaso, an aggrieved member of the ruling party, made this known as he picked the former ruling party as the only one that can defeat Buhari in next year’s polls.
The immediate past governor of Kano has often claimed credits for helping Buhari win 1.9 million votes in the highly populated state.
In an interview with veteran journalist Dele Momodu, the former governor said, “I’m a free man now and available to try my luck elsewhere but I know that PDP is the biggest party and as long as they follow democratic principle, Buhari will easily be defeated, but if they handpick and force any candidate on the party, they will fail.
“PDP needs someone from the 3k States: Kano, Katsina and Kaduna to win the next election. That’s where the votes are. It would be difficult to win if they pick someone from any other zone…” he said.
“I can guarantee them that I will beat Buhari if given the chance.”
The list of nominees for the 2018 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards has been released.
The nominees were announced via a televised broadcast on all Africa Magic channels on Saturday by Ghanaian actress and TV host, Joselyn Dumas, and Nigerian comedian and actor, Bovi.
The award is scheduled to hold September 1 2018.
The nominees include: Adesua Etomi, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, Falz, Odunlade Adekola among others.

Sir: It is Plateau today, who knows where tomorrow? The recent happenings in the nation makes it sad everyday being a Nigerian. In some other clime, the leaders of Miyetti Allah would have been docked by now.
I do not understand how a set of people would so bravely grant an interview, and boldly state that people were killed because cows were stolen. When I was small, I used to hear about how these marauders value cows more than human lives….I couldn’t wrap my head around such ideology, but now I understand.
Whilst our hearts are with the Plateau people, it is obvious that we have an extremely irresponsible government that quickly proscribed IPOB and declared it a terrorist organisation. Yet, an organisation that boldly came out to say people were killed because of cows parade themselves freely…they are above the law.
To fault the position of Miyetti Allah, stealing a cow, I mean just one cow, requires massive effort, skill and technical knowhow. A cow is not a chicken for goodness sake. A cow could kill, it possibly would attack a stranger trying to get it away…now to say freaking 300 cows were stolen is extremely unbelievable. I see two possibilities…
If the cows were truly stolen, then they must have been stolen by people who are deeply experienced in handling them…definitely not farmers. This implies that the thieves are probably members of their own organisation. Possibly there was no stealing, an excuse may just be needed for either political, religious or ethnic cleansing.
This government has totally failed in the most critical functions. It has successfully supported the growth of terrorist organisation in Miyetti Allah. At this rate, Nigeria may cease to exist…and if that is what would stop the bloodletting, then so be it. Every region in the country today is capable of self dependence.
Let the cow lovers have their day, in a country of their own and worship cows if they want…but for us to continue together as a nation, these killings must stop!

Army Day Celebration 2018
This year’s edition of the Nigerian Army Day Celebration (NADCEL) begins today and will end on July 7, 2018.
Army spokesperson, Brig.-Gen. Texas Chukwu, said the event with the theme: The Nigerian Army and National Security: A Panacea for Nigeria’s Economic Development,” will take place in Mongonu, Borno state.
According to him, the activities to mark the NADCEL 2018 will kick off on today with press conference by the Chief of ArmyStaff, Lt.-Gen. Tukur Buratai, in Maiduguri.
He said: “Other activities to mark the celebration include Juma’at prayers at all the Nigerian Army formation headquarters nationwide and Inter-denominational Church Service on July 1, 2018, at all formations and units of the Army.
“There will be a sanitation exercise on June 30, 2018, at Gudumbali and other selected locations in Borno state. Also, there will be free medical outreaches in some selected locations during the celebration.
“Similarly, the celebration will feature military equipment exhibition and mini trade fair at Monguno. The grand finale of NADCEL 2018 will be Chief of Army Staff’s address to troops and decoration of troops with medals.”
