N40million hair model, Chika Lann’s PVC campaign causes stir at Balogun Market



With the continuous voters registration likely to end in August, Nigerian model and reality TV actress, Chika Lann, who went viral on the internet after she revealed that her hairstyle cost a whopping N40million, came out boldly Wednesday at Balogun market, in Lagos to encourage voters to go and get their PVCs.

 

 

Rocked in her signature hairstyle which drew wide attention and momentary pause in business activities, Chika Lann advised that the only way Nigerians can get their voice heard is through their PVCs.
